Is Gracie’s indoors or outdoors?
The main bar of Gracie’s is completely enclosed and controlled by central heating and cooling. Gracie’s Terrace and Gracie’s Overlook are outdoor and uncovered.
Can I reserve just one area of Gracie’s ?
Yes! Partial rentals are available for Gracie’s Terrace and Gracie’s Overlook (outdoor areas).
Can kids attend events at Gracie’s?
Full private rentals mean that all ages can attend your event. If just a partial reservation (Terrace or Overlook) is reserved and the event is during normal business hours, all guests must be 21 and older.
Can I bring my own food?
The only outside food allowed at Gracie’s and the affiliated hotel is cake. All food and drinks are provided by the venue. Catering can be selected from our Rigby’s Catering Menu or Walk-On’s Catering Menu.
How do I reserve Gracie’s?

What if I just want a reservation?
We can facilitate reservations of 15 or less guests. More than this are welcome to join us but we prefer to discuss rental options for more attendees.
What is the deposit and what forms of payment do you take?
To confirm an event at Gracie’s, we ask that a 25% deposit is made towards to the event total. Payments can be made over the phone, in-person, or via an emailed credit card authorization form with cash, card, or company check.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment for the event space and catering is due 72 hours in advance. Bar options can be paid for at the end of the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full private rentals require a 30 day notice for cancellation. Partial rentals require a 2 week cancellation.
Can I have a band or DJ?
We permit entertainment with decibel level parameters. We ask that all entertainment do a walkthrough prior to the event execution to ensure noise levels are understood.
Can I come early to set up or decorate ?
Yes, we can arrange for early set up and decorating. The timeframe for set up is dependent on the date and time of your scheduled event.
Can my party stay after our rental or reservation time?
Yes but all guests staying through regular operations must be 21 and older.
